During my internship with the Norwegian furniture brand, Objekt, Mari Bonden and I reconstructed the Futura series by Hans Bratrud from old photographs and brochures. We calculated the measurements, 3D-modelled and prototyped the chair in full size to prepare it for further production.
The 1960 design has an unique balance between size and its elegance. The combination of square and oval tubes and its buttons in seat and back makes the design as modern today as it was 60 years ago (objektstories.no)
